We make a variety of breads without preservatives using unbleached and unbromated flour.  We feature different fresh breads each day.  Breads usually come out of the oven between 10:30 and 11:00 AM.  Varieties include:
 

• Sheepherder’s (a coarse-grained white)
• Salsa (sheepherder’s dough with salsa and cheese)
• Honey Bran (lots of whole grain and a little sweetness)
• Challah (traditional braids or loaves)
• Cinnamon/Cinnamon Raisin Challah
• Rye (made with dark rye flour and caraway seeds)
• Sourdough White (speckled with wheat bran
• Ciabatta (white bread with lots of texture)
